左西孟旦联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的 效果

Effect of levosimendan combined with sacubatro valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨左西孟旦联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果。方法将2018年11月至2020年11月收治的60例老年CHF患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规治疗+沙库巴曲缬沙坦,观察组在对照组基础上联用左西孟旦。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、TGF-β1、sICAM-1、NT-proBNP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年CHF的效果良好,可显著改善心肌酶指标,降低TGF-β1、sICAM-1、NT-proBNP水平。

Objective To explore the effect of levosimendan combined with sacubatro valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Sixty elderly patients with CHF admitted from November 2018 to November 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and sacubatro valsartan,while the observation group was treated with levosimendan on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,TGF-β1,sICAM-1 and NT-proBNP of the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levosimendan combined with sacubatro valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with CHF has a good effect,which can significantly improve myocardial enzyme indexes and reduce the levels of TGF-β1,sICAM-1 and NT-proBNP.
