益心康泰联合硝苯地平治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果与安全性

Clinical effect and safety of Yixinkangtai combined with nifedipine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的探讨益心康泰联合硝苯地平治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果与安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,根据简单随机化法将其分为对照组与试验组,各50例。对照组给予硝苯地平治疗,试验组给予益心康泰联合硝苯地平治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、血脂指标水平、动态心电图情况及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TG、TC、LDL水平降低,HDL水平升高,且试验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的24 h缺血情况发生次数少于对照组,缺血总时间短于对照组,ST段下移程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应情况。结论益心康泰联合硝苯地平治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果显著,可改善患者的血脂指标及动态心电图情况,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Yixinkangtai combined with nifedipine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to the simple randomized method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,and the experimental group was treated with Yixinkangtai combined with nifedipine.The clinical effect,blood lipid indexes level,dynamic electrocardiogram and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL in the two groups decreased,while the level of HDL increased,those in the experimental group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of ischemia in 24 hours in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the total time of ischemia was shorter than that in the control group,the degree of ST segment depression was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Yixinkangtai combined with nifedipine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has significant clinical effect,it can improve the blood lipid indexes and dynamic electrocardiogram of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
