摘要
目的探究左心声学造影(LVO)在测量左心室室壁厚度及左心室收缩功能中的应用效果。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月于我院心血管内科住院的112例患者为研究对象,均开展二维超声心动图(2-DE)和LVO检测,收集测量结果。按照18节段划分左心室室壁,比较两种测量方法测量的舒张末期、收缩末期左心室室壁厚度及左心室收缩功能参数。结果2-DE、LVO测量舒张末期左心室室壁厚度时,第1、2、7、8、11节段的测量结果无明显差异(P>0.05);其余各节段相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2-DE、LVO测量收缩末期左心室室壁厚度时,第1、2、7、8、9、11、12、13、14节段的测量结果无明显差异(P>0.05);其余各节段相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2-DE、LVO测量的LVESV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2-DE、LVO测量的LVEDV、LVEF比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2 DE可测量特定节段的左心室室壁厚度,超出特定节段范围需采用LVO进行补充测量,同时LVO可更准确地测量左心室收缩功能。
Objective To explore the application effect of left ventricle opacification(LVO)in measurement of left ventricular wall thickness and left ventricular systolic function.Methods A total of 112 patients hospitalized in the cardiology department of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.Two dimensional echocardiography(2-DE)and LVO were performed for all patients,and the measurement results were collected.The left ventricular wall was divided according to 18 segments.The end diastolic and end systolic left ventricular wall thickness,parameters of left ventricular systolic function measured by two methods were compared.Results When the end diastolic left ventricular wall thickness were measured by 2-DE and LVO,there were no significant differences in the measurement results of the 1st,2nd,7th,8th and 11th segments(P>0.05);there were significant differences in the other segments(P<0.05).When the end systolic left ventricular wall thickness were measured by 2-DE and LVO,there were no significant differences in the measurement results of the 1st,2nd,7th,8th,9th,11th,12th,13th and 14th segments(P>0.05);there were significant differences in the other segments(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LVESV measured by 2-DE and LVO(P>0.05);there were significant differences in LVEDV and LVEF measured by 2-DE and LVO(P<0.05).Conclusion The 2-DE can measure the left ventricular wall thickness in specific segments,and LVO should be used for supplementary measurement beyond the specific segments range.At the same time,LVO can measure left ventricular systolic function more accurately.
