针灸联合穴位敷贴治疗肩周炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的探讨针灸联合穴位敷贴治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年9月本院收治的72例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组给予穴位敷贴及肢体功能锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上给予针灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的疼痛程度、肩关节活动情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的VAS评分较治疗前明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的肩关节前屈、后伸和外展活动度均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合穴位敷贴治疗肩周炎的效果显著,能有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,促进肩关节活动功能恢复,值得在临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 72 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given acupoint application and limb function exercise,and the observation group was given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,shoulder joint movement before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS score in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint flexion,extension and abduction range of motion in the two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis has significant effect,it can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients and promote the recovery of shoulder joint movement function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
