中医康复护理模式在肺癌术后患者中的应用效果及对并发症发生情况的影响

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing model in postoperative patients with lung cancer and its influence on the complication

目的研究中医康复护理模式在肺癌术后患者中的应用效果及对并发症发生情况的影响。方法将92例肺癌术后患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组实施常规术后护理,观察组实施中医康复护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的拔管时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,疼痛评分、并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,FVC、FEV1、PEF、生活质量各项评分及总分高于干预前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医康复护理模式在肺癌术后患者中的应用价值较高,能够较好地改善患者的心理状态、肺功能以及生活质量,减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者尽快康复。

Objective To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing model in postoperative patients with lung cancer and its influence on the complication.Method A total of 92 postoperative patients with lung cance were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The extubation time,exhaust time,ambulation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the pain score and total incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,FVC,FEV1,PEF,quality of life scores and total score were higher than those before the intervention,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing model in postoperative patients with lung cancer has higher application value,which can better improve the psychological state,lung function and quality of life,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
