IKAP健康教育结合基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理对心胸大血管外科术后患者自我感受负担与希望水平的影响

Effect of IKAP health education combined with psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory on self-perceived burden and hope level of patients after cardiothoracic and macrovascular surgery

目的探讨IKAP健康教育结合基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理对心胸大血管外科术后患者自我感受负担与希望水平的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月收治的400例心胸大血管外科术后患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各200例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采用IKAP健康教育结合基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理。比较两组的自我感受负担评分、希望水平评分及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的SPBS各维度评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的Herth希望指数量表各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IKAP健康教育结合基于马斯洛需要层次理论的心理护理应用在心胸大血管外科术后护理中,有助于缓解患者的自我感受负担,提高其希望水平及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of IKAP health education combined with psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory on self-perceived burden and hope level of patients after cardiothoracic and macrovascular surgery.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,400 patients after cardiothoracic and macrovascular surgery were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given IKAP health education combined with psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.The scores of self-perceived burden,hope level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of SPBS in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Herth hope index in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of IKAP health education combined with psychological nursing based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in the postoperative nursing of cardiothoracic and macrovascular surgery is helpful to relieve patients'self-perceived burden,improve their hope level and nursing satisfaction.
