综合护理在经丙种球蛋白治疗原发性免疫性血小板减少症患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in children with primary immune thrombocytopenia treated by gamma globulin

目的探讨综合护理在经丙种球蛋白治疗原发性免疫性血小板减少症患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月本院经丙种球蛋白治疗原发性免疫性血小板减少症患儿60例作为研究对象,根据简单随机化法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用综合护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组依从性好患儿占比高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患儿的血小板计数均较护理前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患儿的PAIg、RP均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可提高经丙种球蛋白治疗原发性免疫性血小板减少症患儿的用药依从性,改善血小板计数,且不增加不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in children with primary immune thrombocytopenia treated by gamma globulin.Methods A total of 60 children with primary immune thrombocytopenia treated by gamma globulin in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the simple randomized method,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of children with good compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the platelet count in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,PAIg and RP in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the medication compliance of children with primary immune thrombocytopenia treated by gamma globulin,and the platelet count,and do not increase the adverse reactions.
