护理干预联合系统性功能训练对股骨头坏死行全髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能及并发症的影响

Effects of nursing intervention combined with systemic functional training on hip function and complications of patients with femoral head necrosis undergoing total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨护理干预联合系统性功能训练对股骨头坏死行全髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能及并发症的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2020年3月本院收治的100例股骨头坏死行全髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,根据护理干预方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组术后行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合系统性功能训练。比较两组患者术后的并发症发生情况、Harris髋关节功能评分、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组的并发症总发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的26.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组疼痛、功能、活动范围评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组PF、RP、BP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。结论股骨头坏死行全髋关节置换术患者行护理干预联合系统性功能训练能降低并发症发生率,改善患者的髋关节活动功能、生活质量和护理满意度,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention combined with systematic functional training on hip function and complications of patients with femoral head necrosis undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods From March 2015 to March 2020,100 patients with femoral head necrosis who underwent total hip arthroplasty admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing intervention methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received systemic functional training on the basis of the control group.The postoperative complications,Harris hip function score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 26.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of pain,function and range of motion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE and MH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with systemic functional training can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the hip joint function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with femoral head necrosis undergoing total hip arthroplasty,which can be widely popularization and application.
