摘要
通过分子设计,合成了一种新型的对硅微粉(硅灰)具有良好分散性的聚羧酸分散剂,并与传统的磷酸盐类分散剂以及巴斯夫FS20分散剂、普通梳状结构聚羧酸分散剂进行对比,对其性能进行研究。研究表明:本文制备的新型的含短支链低相对分子质量的聚羧酸系分散剂,对于硅微粉和高铝水泥均具有良好的分散性,可用于含硅微粉的低水泥浇注料,提高浇注料的工作性。
A novel polycarboxylic acid dispersant for silica fume synthesized by molecular design was compared with the conventional phosphate-based dispersant and the BASF FS20 and the general polycarboxylic acid dispersant with comb-like structure.The research shows that the novel polycarboxylic acid dispersant with low-molecular-weight and short branched-chain has good dispersibility for the silica fume and the high-alumina cement,and can be used for the low cement castables containing silica powder so as to improve the working property of the castables.
