建筑用微胶囊型相变储热材料的制备及性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 为解决常规保温复合材料物理、化学性能不稳定的问题,提出了一种微胶囊包覆技术,将聚乙二醇复合芯材包覆于微胶囊中。以PEG 800和PEG 1000为主要材料,通过水浴加热法制备聚乙二醇复合芯材,在此基础上结合IPDI、DETA、SDBS等壁材制备微胶囊型相变储热材料。扫描电镜测试发现,微胶囊型相变储热材料对聚乙二醇复合芯材起到了良好的保护作用,且仍然保持了较为理想的储热性能,在建筑保温材料领域具有一定的应用价值。 In order to solve the problem of unstable physical and chemical properties of conventional thermal insulation composites,a microcapsule coating technology was proposed,in which polyethylene glycol composite core material was coated in microcapsules.PEG 800 and PEG 1000 were used as main materials to prepare peg composite core materials by the water bath heating method.On this basis,microencapsulated phase change materials were prepared by combining with IPDI,DETA,SDBS and other wall materials.SEM tests show that the microencapsulated phase change heat storage material has a good protective effect on the polyethylene glycol composite core material,and still maintains a relatively ideal heat storage performance,which has a certain application value in the field of building insulation materials.
