一株耐盐微生物的分离鉴定及其对养殖尾水降解效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着近海养殖业的迅猛发展,高密度养殖尾水的直接排放对海洋环境的破坏日趋严重,有效地处理养殖尾水已成为当务之急。微生物修复技术因兼具高效性和环保性而成为尾水处理的首选。本研究从高密度养殖尾水中分离纯化出1株耐盐微生物,通过形态学观察、生理生化反应和16S rDNA基因测序方法鉴定该菌株属于交替假单胞菌属。对该菌的降解能力初步研究显示,该菌以1:100的接种比例加入凡纳滨对虾高密度养殖尾水后,在28℃、200 r·min-1的条件下反应7 d,其对养殖尾水中的氨氮及COD具有一定降解作用,但对总磷的降解效果不明显。 With the rapid development of the offshore aquaculture industry,the discharge of high-density breeding tail water to the marine environment is becoming more and more serious,and effective treatment of breeding tail water has become a top priority.Microbial remediation technology has become the first choice for tail water treatment due to its high efficiency and environmentally friendly.In this study,a salt-tolerant microorganism was isolated and purified from high-density farming tail water.The strain was identified as Pseudoalteromonas sp.by morphological observation,physiological and biochemical reactions and 16S rRNA gene sequencing.A preliminary study on the degradation effects of this bacterium showed that the bacterium was added to the high-density culture tail water of Litopenaeus vannamei at a 1:100 inoculation ratios,and cultured at 28℃,200 r·min-1 for 7 days,the ammonia nitrogen and COD in the water have a good degradation effect,but the degradation effect on the total phosphorus is not so obvious.
