摘要
指出目前国内科技出版社开发运营的科技类知识服务平台普遍面临知识内容领域单一、不成规模、更新缓慢等短板问题,基于区块链技术的新型知识社区内容创作和发现方式对于解决以上问题有重大参考价值。提出并论证了一种基于Steemit区块链的新型科技知识服务体系的设计方案,新体系采用"平台+社区""Token激励""热启动"等多种创新模式,理论上可帮助传统科技知识服务平台摆脱目前困境,实现可持续高质量发展。
The technological knowledge service platforms developed and operated by domestic science and technology publishing houses are generally facing the problems such as covering limited subject areas,small scale,updating slowly and so on.Whereas the new content creation and discovery method of knowledge community based on blockchain technology has great reference value for solving the above-mentioned problems.This paper proposes and demonstrates a design scheme of a new scientific and technological knowledge service system based on Steemit blockchain.The new system adopts a variety of innovative modes such as"platform+community","Token incentive","hot start"and the like.It can facilitate the traditional scientific and technological knowledge service platforms to get over the current difficulties and to achieve sustainable and high-quality development theoretically.
