摘要
针对煤矿掘进工作面粉尘问题进行分析,叙述了粉尘的产生机理及影响因素,分析了粉尘的运移规律,讨论了传统的长压短抽式通风方式,提出基于内抽外压集尘器的粉尘通风防治措施。在对掘进工作面通风的基础上,该集尘器可有效收集掘进机产生的粉尘,避免通风过程产生的二次扬尘,减小粉尘污染范围。
Aiming at the dust problem of coal mine driving face,this paper described the generation mechanism and influencing factors of the dust,analyzed the dust movement law,discussed the traditional long-pressing and short-inhaling ventilation mode,and put forward the dust ventilation control measures based on inside-inhaling and outside-pressing dust collectors.Based on the ventilation of the driving face,the dust collector can effectively collect the dust produced by the roadheader,avoid the secondary dust in the ventilation process,and reduce the dust pollution range.
