摘要
结合6F级燃机机组热电联产项目的实际情况,提出了3种降低余热锅炉排烟温度的优化方案。技术经济比较结果表明,采用余热锅炉尾部增加热水加热器的方案能明显降低锅炉的排烟温度,提高锅炉的效率,同时热水加热器产生的热水能为厂内其他设备提供热量,减少电厂的投资及运行成本,提高电厂的收益。
Based on the actual situation of the heat and power cogeneration project of 6F gas-steam combined cycle units,this paper proposed three optimization schemes to reduce the exhaust temperature of the waste heat boiler.The technical and economic comparison results showed that the scheme of adding water heat exchanger at the tail of the waste heat boiler could significantly reduce the exhaust temperature and improve the efficiency of the boiler.At the same time,the hot water generated by the water heat exchanger could provide energy to other equipment in the plant.The scheme could reduce the investment and operating costs,and increase the revenue of the power plant.
