综采工作面新型凝胶阻化剂防灭火技术应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对综采工作面在回采过程中采空区遗煤量大、采空区煤层自燃现象严重、防灭火效果差等技术难题,阜生煤矿通风部通过技术研究,为了弥补传统防灭火技术存在的不足,提出了新型凝胶阻化剂防灭火技术,并在1105工作面进行了实践应用。对该新型凝胶阻化剂防灭火技术在综采工作面的应用进行了研究。应用效果表明,新型凝胶阻化剂防灭火技术具有较强的吸热降温性能,将采空区CO体积分数控制在0.000 9%以下,取得了显著的应用成效。 In view of the large amount of coal left in goaf,serious spontaneous combustion of coal seam in goaf,poor fire pre-vention and extinguishing effect and other technical problems in the process of mining of the fully mechanized mining face,in order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional fire prevention and extinguishing technology,Ventilation Department of Fusheng Coal Mine put forward a new gel inhibitor technology for fire prevention and extinguishment,and had been applied in 1105 working face.This paper studied the application of the new gel inhibitor fire prevention and extinguishing technology in fully mechanized mining face.The application results showed that the new gel inhibitor fire prevention and extinguishing technology had strong heat absorption and cooling performance,and the CO volume fraction of the goaf was below 0.0009%,which had achieved remarkable results.
