摘要
针对工作面大断面切巷传统一次性成巷施工时,巷道掘进效率低、危险系数高、支护难度大等技术难题,王家岭煤矿通过技术研究,对18109工作面切巷提出了导硐施工工艺,并采取了"锚杆(索)+圆钢托架+单体柱"联合支护技术。从实际应用效果来看,与传统一次性成巷掘进工艺相比,导硐施工工艺可缩短切巷掘进周期达5 d,采取联合支护技术后有效提高了大断面切巷顶板的稳定性,取得了显著的应用成效。
In view of the technical problems such as low tunneling efficiency,high risk coefficient and difficult support in the traditional one-time roadway construction of large section cutting in fully mechanized mining face,Wangjialing Coal Mine put for-ward the pilot tunnel construction technology for the cutting roadway of 18109 working face through technical research,and adopted the combined support technology of"anchor bolt(cable)+round steel bracket+single column".From the perspective of practical application effect,compared with the traditional one-time roadway excavation technology,the pilot tunnel construction technology could shorten the excavation period up to 5 d,and the combined support technology could effectively improve the stability of the roof of large section roadway,which had achieved remarkable application effect.
