摘要
为解决山西陆海工贸有限公司选煤厂振动弧形筛脱泥效果差,筛板阻尼性不好,筛上粗精煤灰分偏高,造成粗精煤灰分影响总精煤灰分,从而影响精煤产率的问题,根据现有工艺,采用超细条弧形筛板,提高弧形筛板的开孔率,增强筛板的阻尼效果,改善细颗粒煤泥的透筛效果,从而达到了降低粗精煤灰分、提高精煤产率、增加企业经济效益的目的。
The vibrating sieve bend of Coal Preparation Plant of Shanxi Luhai Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.has poor effect of mud removal,bad damping of sieve plate,high content of coarse fine coal ash on sieve,which results in the influence of coarse fine coal ash content on the total refined coal ash,thus affecting the yield of clean coal.As for the problems,according to existing process,superfine bar sieve plate was used,aperture ratio was raised as well as damping effect of sieve bend and screening effect of fine coal slime were improved,which had brought about better effect on reducing ash content of coarse clean coal,improving yield of clean coal,and adding economic benefits of enterprises.
