新形势下房屋市政消防工程审验工作的思考

Consideration on Fire Inspection of Housing and Municipal Engineering under the New Situation

通过分析现阶段建设工程管理现状,对房屋市政与消防工程施工图审查、过程监管、验收及档案管理方式分别进行研究比对,结合笔者工作经验,探索新的房屋市政消防工程审验管理方式,进一步深化工程管理体制改革,为广大建设管理、政策研究者提供参考建议。

Through the analysis of the current construction project management status,the house municipal and fire engineering construction drawing review,process supervision,acceptance and file management methods were studied and compared,combined with the author’s work experience,explored new house municipal fire engineering inspection management methods,and further deepen the reform of the project management system to provide reference suggestions for the majority of construction management and policy researchers.
