摘要
测量不确定度可证明实验室的检测质量,不确定度越小代表检测质量越高。通过对测量不确定度的评定,识别出影响检测结果的因素,以便在检测过程中对关键环节进行控制,提高检测结果的准确性。本文以SBS防水卷材为实例,依据GB 18242-2008《弹性体改性沥青防水卷材》的要求,对防水卷材的拉伸性能进行检测,分析不确定度来源,并对测试结果进行不确定度评定,为其他检测项目进行不确定评定提供参考。
Measurement uncertainty can prove the testing quality of the laboratory,and the smaller the uncertainty,the higher the testing quality.The influence factors of the test result are recognized to control the bottleneck in the process of test and raise the accuracy of the test result according to the evaluation of the uncertainty in measurement.This paper take the SBS sheets for waterproofing as the example to analysis the sources of the uncertainty in measurement and evaluates the uncertainty in measurement of the test results which is from the test of the tensile property of the SBS sheets for waterproofing based on the requirements of GB 18242-2008“Elastomer Modified Asphalt Waterproof Rolling Material”,which can be a reference to the similar project.
