试验用轨道的平顺性检测与分析

摘要 针对高速列车运行模拟试验台小钢轨的平顺状态合格评定问题,采用全站仪、游标卡尺测量比例为1∶10的模型车试验用轨道的几何数据,并按照轨道质量管理指数TQI进行评定,结果表明:钢轨的水平、轨距平顺状态良好,高低、轨向平顺状态较差;通过分析测量数据进行局部峰值调整,结合小型打磨机对钢轨打磨,其平顺性满足试验要求。 Aiming at the conformity assessment of the smooth state of the small rail on the high-speed train simulation test bench,the geometric data of the model car test track with a ratio of 1∶10 was measured by a total station and a vernier caliper,and the assessment was carried out according to the track quality management index TQI.The results showed:the level and gauge of the rail are in good condition,and the level and direction of the rail are in a poor condition;the local peak adjustment is carried out by analyzing the measurement data,and the rail is polished with a small grinder,and its smoothness meets the test requirements.
