基于价值链的本科学生档案管理三阶段分析

本文按照档案移交的时间序列,将本科学生档案分成三个阶段的档案:入校前档案、入校后档案、毕业时档案,三阶段档案工作的延伸为转递工作。然后采用价值链分析方法,分析了本科学生档案管理的基本活动、辅助活动和外部活动,以及这些活动构成的基本价值链、管理制度价值链、管理决策价值链。最后,站在系统工程的角度,分析了本科学生档案管理的系统价值链,更好地体现本科学生档案的自身价值及其管理的附加价值。

According to the time sequence of file transfer,the undergraduate Archives were divided into three stages:student Archives before admission,student Archives after admission and student Archives at graduation in this paper.The extension of the three-stage file work is the Archives transmission.Then,using the value chain analysis method,primary activities,assistant activities and external activities of undergraduate Archives management were analyzed,so were the basic value chain,management system value chain and management decision value chain consisted by those activities.Finally,systemic value chain of undergraduate Archives management was analyzed from the perspective of system engineering,which can reflect their own worth and added value of students'Archives.
