我国古代在公牍学的研究中,很多地方体现了保密思想。我国档案保密工作和保密思想的发展历程体现了四个特点:一是对档案保管场所、设施的一贯高度重视,二是对档案保密措施的逐步完善和加强,三是对档案保密制度和保密立法工作的建立和完善,四是对档案保密人员的严格筛选和能力培养。

In ancient my country,the idea of secrecy was embodied in many places in the study of public slips.The development process of my country's archive security work and the concept of security embodies four characteristics:one is the consistent emphasis on archive storage sites and facilities,the second is the gradual improvement and strengthening of file security measures,and the third is the archive security system and legislation.The establishment and improvement of the work,the fourth is to strictly screen and cultivate the ability of file security personnel.
