摘要
基于仿真软件GT-Power对某型船用低速柴油机开展余热利用调制计算。按有、无动力涡轮两种方案,研究了涡轮增压器匹配及改变废气旁通率对主机性能的影响;并分析了不同喷油正时、排气阀正时对主机性能的影响。结果表明:废气旁通率越大,排气能量越高;通过增大废气旁通率提高排气温度时,若不同时调整涡轮增压器大小会对主机性能产生不利影响;调整涡轮增压器后,随着旁通率的增大,蒸汽产出功率的增幅比不调整涡轮增压器时减少一半;喷油正时越提前,废气能量越低;排气正时推迟,蒸汽产出功率先降后升。
Waste heat recovery modulation calculation was performed by GT-Power on a marine low-speed diesel engine.The effects of matching the turbocharger and changing the bypass rate on the performance of the engine were investigated according to two scenarios with or without a powered turbo.The effects of different injection timing and exhaust valve timing on the performance of the main engine were analyzed.The results show that the higher the exhaust gas bypass ratio is,the bigger the exhaust energy is.When the exhaust gas bypass rate is increased by increasing the exhaust gas bypass rate without adjusting the turbocharger size at the same time,the performance of the engine is adversely affected.When the turbocharger is adjusted,the increase in steam production power with increasing bypass rate is halved compared to the one when the turbocharger is not adjusted.The earlier the injection timing is advanced,the lower the exhaust gas energy is.When the exhaust timing is delayed,the steam output power first decreases and then increases.
