摘要
某核电应急发电机组PA6B型柴油机在机组出厂试验中出现了启动时间超过10 s的问题。采用经验法结合排除法的综合方式对该问题进行了分析。分析发现:管路制作质量不达标;在液压执行机构与横向拉杆间传动机构内,部分部件未装配至预期位置是造成该问题的主要原因。实施相应整改措施后,故障得到彻底排除。
The starting time of PA6B diesel engine of a nuclear power emergency generator set was over 10 s during the factory test.The problem was analyzed by the method of experience and exclusion.The analysis results show that the quality of pipeline was not up to standard.In the transmission mechanism between hydraulic actuator and transverse rod,some parts were not assembled to the expected position was the main reason for this problem.After the corresponding rectification measures are implemented,the faults are completely eliminated.
