全面推行现代学徒制中校企合作面临的问题与对策——以电气自动化专业为例

Problems and Countermeasures in Cooperation between School and Enterprises under the Background of Comprehensive Promotion of Modern Apprenticeship—Taking Electrical Automation Profession as an Example

以电气自动化专业现代学徒制试点工作为例,分析现代学徒制实施过程中遇到的运行机制不健全、课程体系不完善、企业教学时间安排困难等问题。进而提出现代学徒制实施的有效对策和途径:政府层面应完善体制机制,行业层面应发挥辅助作用并负责师资队伍认证,校企层面应合作完善课程标准和课程资源。

Taking the pilot work of modern apprenticeship in electrical automation profession as an example,this paper analyses the problems encountered in the implementation of modern apprenticeship,such as imperfect operation mechanism,imperfect curriculum system and difficulties in the arrangement of enterprise teaching time,then puts forward the effective countermeasures of the implementation of modern apprenticeship:the government should improve the system and mechanism,the industry should play an auxiliary role and be responsible for the certification of teachers,schools and enterprises should cooperate to improve curriculum standards and resources.
