职业本科教育国际贸易专业人才培养的实践——以广州科技职业技术大学为例

Practical Study on the Training of International Trade Talents under the Background of Vocational Undergraduate Education—Taking Guangzhou University of Science and Technology as an Example

基于职业本科的特色与内涵,总结了广州科技职业技术大学国际贸易专业职业本科人才培养的实践探索,提出以职业需求为导向优化人才培养方案、根据职业岗位需求更新标准体系、通过多种渠道实现理论与实践融合、坚持内培外引完善师资队伍、教学考证并举落实"1+X"证书制度、根据职业本科特点校企共编教材等完善职业本科教育的途径和方法。

Based on the characteristics and connotation of vocational undergraduate education,this paper summarizes the practical exploration of the training of vocational undergraduate talents in Guangzhou Vocational and Technical University of Science and Technology,and then puts forward ways and methods to perfect vocational undergraduate education such as optimizing the talent training scheme oriented by career needs,updating the standard system according to the needs of professional posts,integration of theory and practice through variety of channels,adhering to the internal training and external introduction to improve the teaching staff,carrying out the“1+X”certificate system by paying equal attention to teaching and certificate,and compiling textbooks according to the characteristics of vocational undergraduate.
