Research on the Path for Running Vocational Colleges in Foreign Countries in the New Era

新时代我国职业教育正处于"走出去"的重大机遇期,高职院校境外办学的核心任务是打造职业教育对外开放新标杆。但当前我国高职院校境外办学总体发展不均衡、境外办学定位不够清晰、办学规模体量明显不足、人才队伍的跨文化适应力堪忧。因此我国高职院校境外办学需做好顶层设计、坚定办学原则、深化校企协同、实现内涵式发展。

In the new era,vocational education in China is in the period of"going global".The core task of running vocational colleges in foreign countries is to build a new benchmark for opening up to the outside world.However,at present,the overall development of running vocational colleges in foreign countries is unbalanced,the position of overseas schools is not clear enough,the school scale is obviously insufficient,and the cross-cultural adaptability of the talent team is worrying.Therefore,running vocational colleges in foreign countries for China depends on top-level design,firm school-running principles,deepening school-enterprise coordination,and realizing connotation development.
