摘要
本文以21世纪以来的越南外语教育政策为切入点,结合语言政策与规划理论,运用文献法,梳理和分析越南外语教育政策在历史背景、制定主体、准入政策、师资政策、课程政策、教学法和教材政策和评估政策方面的特点,以期为外语教育政策的制定提供参考。
Taking Vietnamese foreign language education policy in the 21st century as the breakthrough point,this paper sorts out and analyzes the characteristics of the historical background,policy-making body,access policy,personnel policy,curriculum policy,methods and materials policy and evaluation policy of Vietnamese foreign language education policy through employing language policy and planning theory and literature method with the intention to provide references for foreign language education policy making.
