新时代乡村基层党组织社会动员能力的提升

Improvement of Social Mobilization Ability of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations in New Era

我国社会主义现代化建设已进入新时代。作为执政党,中国共产党100年来领导和团结取得了举世瞩目的成就,与此同时,以习近平同志为核心的党中央也清醒的认识到,我党处于异常复杂的执政环境之中,一些影响改革、发展和稳定的问题尚未得到根本解决。其中,乡村基层党组织的软化、弱化等问题不同程度的存在,阻碍了乡村的建设与发展,影响到乡村振兴战略的实施进程。因此,我党明确提出要加强乡村基层党组织建设,作为乡村基层党组织来讲,既要不折不扣的坚决贯彻落实中央的决定,又要因地制宜,抓住重点,以点带面,提升社会动员能力成为组织建设的重要着力点。

The Communist Party of China has achieved world-renowned achievements in leadership and unity over the past 70 years.Yet the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core also clearly realizes that the Party is in an extremely complicated environment.The problems of reform,development and stability have not been fundamentally resolved.Among them,the problems of the softening and weakening of rural grass-roots party organizations have hindered the construction and development of rural areas and affected the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategies.It’s demanded that a rural grass-roots party organization should not only carry out the decisions of the Central Government,but also adapt to local conditions and enhance social mobilization capabilities.
