摘要
部分青年干部懒政现象表现为不作为、乱作为,是一种反主流文化的亚文化模式,它背离了党的群众路线,危害了人民的利益,是对社会主流文化的悖逆。究其原因是对个体与社会的统一性认识不够,致使个人责任意识缺失。要解决这种亚文化现象,必须对青年干部进行文化再造和再社会化,加强他们的角色认知,通过构建合理的制度文化和规范文化,重塑社会"为官"主文化。
Some young cadres’lazy administration is a subculture mode against mainstream culture,which is not only a kind of inaction or disorder,but also a paradox to the mainstream culture of society.The reason is that the unity of individual and society is not enough,which leads to the lack of personal responsibility consciousness.To solve this sub-cultural phenomenon,it must strengthen their role cognition,and reconstruct the main culture of"serving as official"by constructing a reasonable system culture and standardizing culture.
