边境地区语言教师队伍建设困境及对策探讨--以云南为例

摘要 云南边境地区以少数民族为主体,语言教育生态复杂,对语言教师师资建设提出严峻挑战。边境地区语言教师是文化传承的主导力量,承担着汉语普及推广、民族语传承和外语启蒙的重要职责,但存在结构不合理、老龄化、学历偏低、语言教育认同感低、教师数量不足、教师素质不高等问题,制约了语言教育发展,也不利于三语生态可持续发展。因而,从国家、地方、学校、教师群体自身重新定位语言教师队伍建设是解决问题的关键所在。 Featured by various minorities,the border area of Yunnan has a complex language education ecology,also giving rise to serious challenge to the body development of language teachers.Language teachers are dominant in the inheritance of culture,and they serve as the torchbearer of the language and culture of the minority groups,the promoter of the Chinese language and the enlightener of foreign language.However,the dilemma is that these elements,like irrational language teacher constituent,aging,low academic,poor cognition over language education,shortage of teachers and low teacher quality,seriously hinder the development of language education,which also brings great harm to the sustainable development of languages.Hence,the key is to relocating the building of language teacher body development jointly from the perspective of central government,local government,school and teachers themselves.
