摘要
学生学习成果是衡量高校人才培养质量的重要评判标准。通过整群抽样的方式在H校9大学科门类中各选取一个专业,对2—4年级全体学生开展问卷调查,共计回收有效问卷3430份。采用回归模型的方法,从结果维度和影响维度两方面分析大学生学习成果的现状和影响因素。结果发现,大学生学习成果自我评价处于较低水平。大学生学习成果受学生个体学习投入、个体学习能力和高校环境的综合影响,而家庭资本对学习成果的影响不显著。在大学生对自我学习成果的评价中,同伴群体和兴趣爱好是关键的制约因素。基于此,从构建人际关系、提高学习兴趣、优化活动开展、推进制度建设等层面提出提升大学生学习成果的对策建议。
Through cluster sampling,this study selected one major from each of the nine subjects in H University,and conducted a questionnaire survey on all students of grade 2-4.A total of 3430 valid questionnaires were collected.Using the method of regression model,this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of College Students’learning outcomes from the two aspects of result dimension and influence dimension.The results show that the self-evaluation of College Students’learning achievement is at a low level.College Students’learning outcomes are affected by individual learning input,individual learning ability and college environment,while family capital has no significant effect on learning outcomes.In the evaluation of College Students’self-learning achievements,peer groups and hobbies are the key constraints.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve college students’learning achievements from the aspects of building interpersonal relationship,improving learning interest,optimizing activities and promoting system construction.
