皮炎洗剂治疗湿疹的临床疗效及对严重度指数的影响

Clinical efficacy of dermatitis lotion in treatment of eczema and its influence on severity index

目的探讨湿疹患者采用皮炎洗剂治疗对临床疗效及严重度指数的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年5月在我院治疗的湿疹患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例,对照组采用布地奈德乳膏治疗,观察组采用皮炎洗剂治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、严重度指数(EASI)及不良反应的影响情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮损面积、红斑丘疹、表皮剥脱、苔藓化、结痂评分分别为(1.21±0.15)分、(0.74±0.21)分、(0.91±0.27)分、(0.61±0.13)分、(0.55±0.07)分,明显低于对照组的(1.41±0.27)分、(1.23±0.41)分、(1.25±0.34)分、(1.37±0.27)分、(1.81±0.47)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后严重度指数(EASI)为(2.46±0.56)分,明显低于对照组的(4.78±1.26)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组细小鳞屑、皮肤干燥、微刺痛感、色素沉着等不良反应发生率为4.16%,低于对照组的20.84%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿疹患者采用皮炎洗剂的方式有明显效果,可提高患者的临床疗效,减少不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of dermatitis lotion in patients with eczema and its influence on severity index.Methods Ninety-six patients with eczema treated in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with48 patients in each group.The control group were treated with desonide cream,and the observation group were treated with dermatitis lotion.The clinical efficacy,severity index(EASI)and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than that in the control group of 83.33%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of skin lesion area,erythema papule,exfoliation,lichen and scab of the observation groups were(1.21±0.15)points,(0.74±0.21)points,(0.91±0.27)points,(0.61±0.13)points,and(0.55±0.07)points,which were lower than those of the control group as(1.41±0.27)points,(1.23±0.41)points,(1.25±0.34)points,(1.37±0.27)points,and(1.81±0.47)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The severity index(EASI)in the observation group after treatment was(2.46±0.56)points,which was lower than that in the control group as(4.78±1.26)points,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events,such as fine scales,dry skin,slight tingling sensation and pigmentation in the observation group was 4.16%,which was lower than that in the control group as 20.84%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Dermatitis lotion has significant effect in treatment of eczema,with can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce adverse events.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
