我国护理专业学位硕士培养模式质性研究的Meta整合 被引量:3

Meta analysis of qualitative research on the training model of nursing professional master's degree in China

摘要 目的整合我国护理专业学位硕士培养模式相关质性研究,系统评价护理专业学位研究生教育参与人群对我国护理专业学位硕士培养模式的看法,为专业学位硕士培养模式的构建提供借鉴和参考。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中从建库至2019年10月31日相关的质性研究文章。质性研究质量评价标准以Australian(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)循证卫生保健中心(2008)版对文章进行质量评价,采用汇集性整合的方法进行结果整合。结果共纳入6项研究,提炼19个完整的研究结果,归纳出7个新的类别:招生要求、培养目标、课程设置、学位论文、师资力量、临床实践、职业发展,得到3个整合结果:(1)院校在招生要求、培养目标、课程设置、学位论文方面不统一、不完善;(2)医院临床带教师资力量薄弱,临床实践考核标准不统一,形式不够多元、综合性不足;(3)政府及行业协会对MNS培养缺乏政策及资金支持,院校联合培养方式不协调。结论我国护理专业学位研究生培养模式尚不完善,护理专业研究生与专科护士并轨培养将成为我国专业学位研究生培养模式的发展趋势,高校、医院及政府应相互合作,共同致力于构建更加科学完善的护理专硕培养模式。 Objective To integrate the relevant qualitative research on the training model of nursing professional master's degree in China,systematically evaluate the views of nursing education degree graduate education participants on the training model of nursing professional master’s degree in my country,and to provide reference for the construction of professional master’s degree training model.Methods The relevant qualitative research articles from China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Weipu Database,and China Biomedical Literature Database were retrieved from the establishment of the database to October 31,2019.The quality of the articles was evaluated by the quality evaluation standard of qualitative research based on the Australian(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)Evidence-Based Health Care Center(2008)edition.The results were integrated using the method of collective integration.Results A total of 6 studies were included,19 complete research results were refined,and 7 new categories were summarized including admission requirements,training objectives,curriculum settings,degree thesis,faculty,clinical practice,and professional development.And 3 integrated results were obtained:①institutions were inconsistent and imperfect in terms of enrollment requirements,training objectives,curriculum settings,and degree thesis;②the faculty in hospitals had weak teachers,clinical practice assessment standards were not uniform,and the forms were not diverse and comprehensive;③the association of government and industry lacked policy and financial support for MNS training,and the joint training methods of universities were not coordinated.Conclusion The cultivation mode of nursing professional master's degree in China is not perfect.The parallel training of nursing professional master's degree and specialist nurses will become the development trend of the training mode of professional degree graduates in China.Universities,hospitals and governments should cooperate with each other and work together to build a more scientific and perfect nursing professional master's degree training mode.
