农产品可追溯体系建设研究

农产品可追溯体系建设对保障农产品安全具有重要作用,但当前我国农产品可追溯体系建设依然存在如法律法规体系不健全,消费者态度不一,企业参与程度不高,农牧民及个体等参与追溯难度大等诸多困难,严重阻碍着我国农产品可追溯体系的建设完善。要建立完善的农产品可追溯体系,必须要社会各界,包括政府、企业及个体、消费者、广大的农牧民、各协会等积极参与,实现多方联动全面调控。通过各个方面的共同协调努力,逐步建立完善我国农产品可追溯体系,为农产品安全保驾护航。

The construction of traceability system of agricultural products plays an important role in ensuring the safety of agricultural products,but at present,there are still many difficulties in the construction of traceability system of agricultural products in China,such as sound laws and regulations,different attitudes of consumers,low degree of enterprise participation,farmers,herdsmen and individuals,etc.,which seriously hinder the construction and improvement of the traceability system of agricultural products in our country.In order to establish a perfect traceability system of agricultural products,all sectors of society,including the government,enterprises and individuals,consumers,farmers and herdsmen,and associations alike must actively participate in order to achieve multi-linkage and comprehensive regulation and control.China's agricultural products traceability system will be gradually established to protect agricultural products safety through concerted efforts in all aspects.
