教育精准扶贫对乡村振兴的影响机理及政策建议

教育扶贫是我国精准扶贫的一种重要方式,也是实现乡村振兴的重要途径。文章基于教育扶贫理论和文献梳理,系统识别并构建了教育精准扶贫对乡村振兴的影响模型。实证结果表明,教育精准扶贫通过人力资本和社会资本的中介作用对乡村振兴产生积极影响。研究有助于明确乡村振兴战略实现的不同动因和促进机制,进而提出相应的政策建议。

Poverty alleviation through education is not only one of essential approached to targeted poverty alleviation in our country,but also an important way of realizing the revitalization of rural areas.Based on the theory of poverty alleviation through education and the overview of literature review,this paper systematically identifies and constructs a model of the impact of targeted poverty alleviation through education on rural revitalization.The empirical results show that targeted poverty alleviation through education has a positive impact on rural revitalization through the intermediary role of human capital and social capital.The study will help to clarify the different motivations and promotion mechanisms for the realization of the rural revitalization strategy,and then the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
