摘要
介绍了金刚石工具分段电镀中屏蔽层的制备和去除工艺,设计了一套相应的自动化装备。采用新工艺和新装备后,成品率提高了约8个百分点,生产效率提高了约105%。
A process for preparation and removal of shielding layer during the selective electroplating of diamond tool was introduced,and a set of corresponding automatic equipment was designed.The yield rate was increased by about 8 points of percentage after using the new process and the modified equipment,and the productivity was increased by 105%or so.
