摘要
分别采用铬酸盐体系、三价铬体系、钼酸盐体系及锆−钛盐体系对铝极耳进行钝化处理。通过耐蚀性、导电性及与极耳胶结合力的测试对比了经不同体系钝化后铝极耳的性能。结果表明,采用不同体系钝化均能提高铝极耳的耐蚀性、导电性及与极耳胶的结合力,但综合考虑锂离子动力电池对铝极耳几种性能的要求后认为铬酸盐钝化是最适合应用在铝极耳表面的化学转化工艺。
Aluminum tabs were passivated in chromate bath,trivalent chromium bath,molybdate bath,and zirconium-titanium bath,respectively.The properties of aluminum tabs passivated by different processes were compared in terms of corrosion resistance,electrical conductivity,and adhesion strength to sealant film.The results showed that the corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of aluminum tabs and their adhesion strength to sealant film could be improved by passivation in different baths.The chromating process is consider to be most suitable for chemical conversion treatment of aluminum tab in view of the comprehensive requirement on several properties of aluminum tabs used in lithium-ion batteries.
