系统化整体护理对慢性精神分裂症患者精神症状及自我效能的影响

The influence of systemic holistic nursing on mental symptoms and self-efficacy of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨系统化整体护理对慢性精神分裂症患者精神症状及自我效能的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月本院收治的96例慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各48例。住院期间对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采取系统化整体护理模式。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)对两组患者精神症状进行评价,采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对自我效能进行评价,并进行比较。结果护理前,两组患者PANSS中的阳性量表、阴性量表及一般精神病理量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3个月时,两组患者上述PANSS各分量表评分均有明显降低,并且观察组上述PANSS各分量表评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者GSES评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3个月时,两组患者GSES评分均有所升高,并且观察组GSES评分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化整体护理可控制慢性精神分裂症患者的精神症状,促进自我效能的提高,为临床治疗提供有效保障,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of systemic holistic nursing on mental symptoms and self-efficacy of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods 96 patients with chronic schizophrenia those admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 enrolled in the study,and they were divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to random number table method.During hospitalization,the control group adopted routine nursing mode,and the observation group adopted systematic holistic nursing mode.Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)was used to evaluate the mental symptoms of patients in the two groups,and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)was used to evaluate the self-efficacy,and the results were compared.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of positive scale,negative scale and general psychopathology scale of PANSS in both two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores of positive scale,negative scale and general psychopathology scale of PANSS in both two groups were significantly decreased,and the scores of the above PANSS scales in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in GSES score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the GSES score in both groups were increased,and the GSES score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic holistic nursing could control the mental symptoms of patients with chronic schizophrenia,promote the improvement of self-efficacy,and provide effective guarantee for clinical treatment.It is worth popularizing and applying.
