从三个方面来考究幽默英汉的互译:首先是对比其可译性和不可译性,并阐述其不可译性如何“变通”为可译性;其次,幽默翻译需要找到形成幽默的机制,才能掌握幽默的要素,以致在翻译中不丢失幽默要素;最后,在传统的翻译基本技巧基础上,归纳出幽默翻译的基本技巧。

Study the intertranslation of humor between English and Chinese in three aspects.The first is to compare its translatability and untranslatability,and explain how to try our best to exchange its untranslatability into translatability in maximum limit;Secondly,it’s needs to find the mechanism of forming humor in order to master the elements of humor in humor translation,so that it will not lose the elements of humor during the translation.Thirdly,the basic skills of humor translation have been summed up on the basis of traditional translation skills.
