摘要
为评价近年来海南省物流效率,选取了海南省物流业的投入产出评价指标,采用DEA模型对2010-2018年海南省物流业效率进行分析。结果显示:海南省物流业综合效率处于波动状态,规模效率则多处于递增状态。同时采用Tobit模型分析了海南省物流效率的影响因素。最后从经济水平、基础设施、信息化建设、外贸等角度提出相关建议,以期推动海南省物流效率的进一步提升。
In order to evaluate the logistics efficiency of Hainan Province in recent years,we put the input and output evaluation indicators of the logistics industry in the province through data envelopment analysis(DEA)to evaluate the efficiency of the industry from 2010 to 2018.The result showed that the overall efficiency of the logistics industry in Hainan was fluctuating,while the scale efficiency was mostly upward moving.At the same time,we used the Tobit model to analyze the influencing factors of the efficiency of the industry,with relevant suggestions given from the angles of economic level,infrastructure,information construction,foreign trade,etc.,so as to promote the further improvement of the logistics efficiency of Hainan.
