摘要
为解决药品O2O企业运营成本高、药品配送效率低、服务质量不高的问题,结合药品O2O配送系统的特点,考虑以多层次集成的思想对O2O模式下药品配送系统进行优化决策。假设药品O2O企业采用“自建药房”“自营+第三方物流”混合配送的模式,构建以配送系统成本最小和消费者满意度最大为目标,具有随机需求的带软时间窗的药品O2O配送系统选址-库存-路径集成优化模型,并设计遗传算法进行求解。最后根据实际情况构造测试案例进行分析,验证了模型的有效性。
In this paper,in order to solve the problems afflicting pharmaceutical O2O enterprises such as high operating costs,low drug delivery efficiency,and low service quality,etc.,and in light of the characteristics of the pharmaceutical O2O distribution system,we applied the thinking of multi-level integration to optimizing the pharmaceutical distribution system under the O2O mode.Assuming that the selfbuilt pharmacy of a pharmaceutical O2O enterprise adopts the"self-operated+third-party logistics"mixed distribution mode,we built the location-inventory-routing optimization model of the pharmaceutical O2O distribution system with a soft time window under random demand aimed to minimize the cost of the distribution system and maximize consumer satisfaction,and designed the genetic algorithm to solve it.Finally,a test case was constructed and analyzed according to the actual situation to verify the validity of the model.
