在总装车间生产计划平准化的基础上,结合S汽车焊接车间与涂装车间的线体需求,进一步优化平准化逻辑算法。同时考虑零部件库存优化目标,在生产计划平准化基础上引入定序化概念,从序列化与顺序遵守方面对生产计划实施优化。

Based on the production leveling plan of the assembly shop of the automotive assembly company S,and in combination with the demand of production lines of the welding and painting workshops of the company,we optimized the logical algorithm for production leveling.Then considering the objectives for the optimization of spare parts inventory,we introduced the concept of sequencing on top of production leveling,and optimized the production plan of the company in terms of serialization and sequencing.
