摘要
通过分析VMI的理论方法,结合实践经验,总结现代物流体系中VMI的应用成效。从库存储备空间、维护资金、出库物资质量、保障周期等四个方面分析我军现有物资库存管理的问题,结合VMI模式的优点提出相应的对策。同时,提出加快制度和法规建设、加强军地互通的信息化系统建设、加强军队和供应商长期合作建设等相应的配套措施,以更好地发挥VMI模式优势在军队物资库存管理中的作用。
By analyzing the theory and practical experience of VMI,we summarized the effect of VMI in the modern logistics system,analyzed the problems existing in the military material inventory management practice of the Chinese army from four aspects,namely storage space,maintenance funds,outbound material quality and support period,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures,including accelerating the construction of the relevant institutions and regulatory systems,construction of information-based system for civil-military communication,strengthening the long-term cooperation between the army and its vendors,etc.
