基于数据挖掘探讨中医药病因预防冬春疫的特点

Characteristics of Preventing Causes of Infectious Disease in Winter and Spring by Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Data Mining

目的:分析中医药病因预防冬春疫的特点。方法:收集近20年各省市卫健委、中医药管理局针对冬春疫发布的中医预防方案,建立数据库,采用数据挖掘的方法从病因预防的角度分析辨体施防的用药特点以及中药消毒和绿色防疫的思路。结果:本研究共纳入预防方101首,用药97味,排名前10位药物分别为金银花、甘草、黄芪、广藿香、防风、白术、紫苏叶、芦根、连翘、贯众;不同的体质类型、体质状态人群的核心用药不同,体现了辨体施防的指导思想;中药消毒方(17首)、食疗方(41首)、非药物预防和生活调摄应用广泛。结论:中医药病因预防冬春疫的特点为不执着于“病原体”,更重视从“扶正辟邪”解决问题,反对滥用药,提倡绿色防疫。

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of preventing causes of infectious disease in winter and spring by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:We collected the TCM prevention protocols for infectious disease in winter and spring issued by provincial and municipal health commissions or administrations of TCM in the last 20 years,and established a database.Data mining was used to analyze the characteristics of the prescriptions to prevent infectious disease by different body constitutions,Chinese medicinal sterilization and green epidemic prevention through the perspective of disease cause prevention.Results:A total of 101 preventive prescriptions were included in this study with 97 medicinals.The top 10 medicinals were Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Guanghuoxiang(Herba Pogostemonis),Fangfeng(Saposhnikoviae Radix),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Zisuye(Perillae Folium),Lugen(Phragmitis Rhizoma),Lianqiao(Forsythiae Fructus),and Guanzhong(Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis Rhizoma).For people with different body constitution types and status,there were different core medicinals,embodying the guiding principle of prevention based on differentiation of body constitution.Chinese medicinal sterilization formulas(17),diet therapy formulas(41),non-pharmaceutical prevention and health cultivation were widely used.Conclusion:The characteristics of preventing causes of infectious disease in winter and spring by TCM are that“pathogens”should not be emphasized while“promoting healthy qi and eliminating evil qi”should be emphasized,drug abuse should be avoided,and green epidemic prevention should be promoted.
