基于需求层次的老年公寓居住空间模块化设计

MODULAR DESIGN FOR HABITABLE SPACES IN APARTMENTS FOR THE ELDERLY BASED ON NEED HIERARCHY

面对老龄化日趋严重的社会问题,老年公寓设计逐渐成为社会的关注点。居住空间是老年公寓最为核心的空间组成部分,通过调研发现当前老年公寓居住空间存在分类粗略、设计不够适老化、设计缺乏可变性等一系列问题。本文将马斯洛需求层次理论应用于老年公寓居住空间设计中,采用模块化设计的手法,先对居住空间进行模块拆分、细化设计,再根据不同需求层次组合变化以满足老年人的不同需求。以期为现阶段的老年公寓居住空间设计提供一定的参考。

Faced with the increasingly serious social problems of aging,the design of elderly apartments has gradually become the focus of society.Residential space is the most core spatial component of the apartment for the elderly.Through research,it is found that there are still a series of problems in the residential space of the elderly apartment,such as rough classification,insufficient design for the elderly,and lack of variability in the design.In this paper,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is applied to the design of residential space in elderly apartments.Modular design is adopted.The residential space is first split and refined in modules,and then combined and changed according to different levels of needs to meet the different needs of the elderly.Demands provide a certain reference for the current design of residential space in elderly apartments.
