通用航空制造业员工职业使命感对任务绩效的影响

The influence of employees′sense of professional mission on task performance in general aviation manufacturing industry

随着国内外大环境不确定性的增加,提高劳动效率、组织效率和人的效率成为大变局时代我国通航制造企业掌控管理、提升科技创新能力必须思考的问题。以双因素理论为基础,以220份通用航空制造企业员工为研究样本,运用SPSS统计分析软件进行实证研究,以探索通航制造企业员工职业使命感对任务绩效影响及其作用机制。研究结果显示:通航制造业员工职业使命感对其任务绩效存在显著的正向影响,职业幸福感在通航员工职业使命感和任务绩效之间具有部分中介作用,工作活力在职业使命感和任务绩效之间具有正向调节作用。

With the increasing uncertainty of domestic and international environment,improving labor efficiency,organizational efficiency and human efficiency has become a problem that must be considered by Chinese general aviation manufacturing enterprises in the era of great changes to control management and enhance scientific and technological innovation ability.Based on the two factor theory,this paper takes 220 employees of general aviation manufacturing enterprises as research samples,and uses SPSS statistical analysis software to conduct empirical research,so as to explore the influence and mechanism of sense of professional mission on task performance of employees in general aviation manufacturing enterprises.The results show that:for general aviation manufacturing employees,sense of professional mission has a significant positive impact on task performance,occupational well-being plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between career mission and task performance,and work vitality has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between sense of professional mission and task performance.
