摘要
本文在充分研究叶轮切割定律的基础上,采用逆向思维提出离心泵拓补设计法。采用拓补法对ACP1000核Ⅱ级余热排出泵及某公司单级泵进行设计研究。试验结果表明采用拓补法设计的离心泵的性能参数均满足要求,从而认为拓补法对调整离心泵性能参数和拓展泵运行范围是行之有效的,同时为离心泵水力设计提供了一种新的有效方法。
On the basis of fully studying the impeller cutting theorem,this paper puts forward the extension design method of centrifugal pump by using reverse thinking.The design and research of ACP1000 nuclear power plant secondary residual heat removal pump and single-stage pump of a company are carried out by using the extension method.The test results show that the flow rate,head,efficiency,cavitation and other performance parameters of the centrifugal pump all meet the requirements after using the extension method.Therefore,it is considered that this method is effective for adjusting the performance parameters of the centrifugal pump and expanding the operating range of the pump.Meanwhile,this article provides a novel method for hydraulic design of the centrifugal pump.
