无损快速检测技术在生鲜食品品质鉴定中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着中国经济社会的高速发展,人们生活水平的不断提升,人们对于生鲜食品的品质问题越来越关注和重视,生鲜食品品质的好坏直接影响着食品安全,也决定着人们的身体健康。在科学技术水平不断提升的背景下,越来越多先进有效的检测技术被应用到生鲜食品品质鉴定当中,更好地提升鉴定的质量和水平,促进中国生鲜食品安全标准的提升。
