橄榄果实发育过程中矿质元素含量变化特征 被引量:3

摘要 以橄榄‘长营’和‘清榄1号’为试验材料,测定橄榄果实中N、P、K、B、Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn元素的含量,探讨橄榄果实发育过程中矿质营养元素含量的变化规律及相关性和品种间的差异性。结果表明,不同品种橄榄果实中矿质元素含量存在差异。随着橄榄果实的发育,‘长营’和‘清榄1号’的K元素含量总体呈上升趋势,‘长营’果实中的N、P、B、Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn元素含量呈先升后降的变化趋势;‘清榄1号’果实中N元素含量先降低后升高,B元素含量逐渐降低,P、Mg元素含量呈先上升,后下降,再上升的变化趋势,Ca、Zn、Mn元素含量表现为先升后降的变化趋势。整体上,‘长营’果实中N、P、K、B、Mg、Zn、Mn元素含量均高于‘清榄1号’,而Ca元素含量低于‘清榄1号’。综上,橄榄果实发育过程中,‘长营’和‘清榄1号’果实的N、P、B、Mg元素含量变化趋势不同;K、Ca、Zn、Mn元素含量变化规律一致,但在同期时,品种间含量差异较大。较高的Ca元素含量证实橄榄为高钙水果。 The content of mineral elements such as nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,zinc,boron,manganese in fruits of Chinese olive[Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch]during fruit development were determined The Chinese olive varieties of‘Changying’and‘Qinglan 1’were used as the materials,and the change rules and correlations of mineral nutrient elements and the differences among varieties were discussed.The content of mineral elements in different Chinese olive fruits was different.With the development of Chinese olive fruits,the potassium content of‘Changying’and‘Qinglan 1’generally showed an upward trend,while the nitrogen,phosphorus,calcium,magnesium,zinc,boron and manganese contents of‘Changying’showed an upward trend and then a downward trend.In the fruit of‘Qinglan 1’,the nitrogen content first decreased and then increased,the content of boron gradually decreased,the con-tent of phosphorus and magnesium first increased,then decreased and then increased,the content of calcium,zinc,bo-ron and manganese showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.On the whole,the content of nitrogen,phos-phorus,potassium,magnesium,zinc,boron and manganese in the fruits of‘Changying’was higher than those of‘Qing-lan 1’,while for calcium,the content of‘Qinglan 1’was higher.In conclusion,during the development of Chinese olive fruits,the content of nitrogen,phosphorus,boron and magnesium in the fruits of‘Changying’and‘Qinglan 1’had different trends.The content of potassium,calcium,zinc and manganese was the same,but the content of different varieties was dif-ferent in the same period.The high calcium content of the Chinese olive confirmed that it is a high calcium fruit.
